I have loved every minute of the 12 years that I have lived in the 4600 building on Ocean Drive as an OWNER/AGENT! The view of the pool from my balcony is a little bit of paradise. The grounds surrounding the condo and pool are well maintained and manicured. Floor to ceiling glass runs across the back of the condo encompassing the living area and both bedrooms - which provides warmth and abundant sunshine. Laminate and tile floors, built ins, some granite are a few updates throughout the condo. Washer and dryer connections are also available in the unit. Monthly HOA provides water, electricity, basic cable services, small exercise room and saltwater pool. Also included is one private parking space and basement storage unit. HOA bill will fluctuate based on utilities. With maintenance fee and all bills included calculates to $650 monthly(APPROX). AS IS.
